Reilly Johnson
President & Commissioner
Reilly Johnson brings a brief yet very successful business profile to the Office of the ASL Commissioner. And he plans to combine his gifted business sense with his perspective as a lifelong soccer fan to achieve success for the Arena Soccer League. For the past four years, Reilly has been the owner and CEO of Johnson Concepts, an entertainment media conglomerate he created to oversee his business ventures. One of his companies is FandomWire, an entertainment news brand. In just over 3 years as President & Editor-In-Chief, Johnson has led FandomWire to become a prominent news outlet in the entertainment industry, reaching hundreds of millions. FandomWire has been featured in Forbes, Yahoo!, CNN, Business Insider, Fandango, GQ, ET, and numerous other globally recognized publications. An avid sports fan, Reilly’s love for arena soccer literally started at birth – he was at a Philadelphia KiXX playoff game when he was just three weeks old – and it’s been his favorite sport for as long as he can remember. Over the years, he’s had the honor of meeting and getting to know some of the game’s big names.
Born with a severe form of Muscular Dystrophy that has left him about 95% physical disabled, Reilly has never allowed the challenges and pain that he faces on a daily basis to limit his dreams and determination. His mindset for life is to “think big, do great things, and help people”, an attitude that has helped him create companies, achieve success, and run the ASL. Reilly also believes in giving back to the community. For many years, he was a goodwill ambassador for charities like the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Children’s Miracle Network, and was involved with other organizations. He has made over 200 public appearances, speaking and singing at a variety of events and fundraisers.
